Son Ye-jin plays the role of Soo-ah a wife who has died and returned to her family while So Ji-sub plays Woo-jin as the husband of Soo-ah. The film Be With You is a Japanese film remake in 2004 with the same title and was taken from a novel by Takuji Ichikawa. This film was released on April 14, 2018.
The film Synopsis Be With You is a man named Woo-jin (So Ji-sub) mourning the death of his beloved wife, Soo-ah (Son Ye-jin). Their young son, seven-year-old Ji-ho, is still not desperate to make an appointment with his mother to return one year during the next rainy season.
Ji-ho's faith in his mother's words proves to be in vain where magically a year later Soo-ah keeps his promises and reappears before Woo-jin and Ji-ho but all of Soo-ah's memories are gone.
Apart from all this, Soo-ah is willing to return to unite with her family even though Soo-ah doesn't remember the old days but she feels strange because she is so close. For Woo-jin, even though Soo-ah feels like a stranger, she feels happy because Soo-ah is back by her side which is a joy that Woo-jin can't describe.
Then Woo-jin tells Soo-ah, stories that stretched during their school years in the two years until the years passed and until they finally lived together. Their reunion turned out to be short-lived because Soo-ah had to leave the family once more. Curious? Watch the movie Be With you soon.
